THE
POSITION:
Injury
management
services are
provided
within the
workers’
compensation,
risk
insurance
markets and
the
disability
sector. In
addition,
you will be
involved in
providing a
broad range
of
consultancy
services
relevant to
your
discipline
and
interests.
We’re
looking for
a
Rehabilitation
Consultant
to join our
small,
professional
and
friendly team.
Whilst
managing
your client
through the
return to
work process
your role
will
encompass
assessment,
stakeholder
management
and
implementation
and
monitoring
of return to
work plans.
THE
PERSON:
With
qualifications
in
Occupational
Therapy,
Exercise
Science or
Physiotherapy
& a minimum
of 2yrs
experience
in your
field, you
will be
highly
motivated,
enjoying
autonomy and
flexibility
within a
role. You
will have
strong
interpersonal
skills, the
ability to
achieve
rapid
rapport with
clients, a
thorough
understanding
of the
impact of
injury and
disability
on
functional
abilities &
experience
in working
to meet
deadlines.
Assessment
and report
writing
skills are a
core
competency.
