 WHAT WILL MY POSITION INVOLVE?

 The role is very much about people. Your activities on a daily basis will include:

• Assisting job seekers with an injury, disability or health condition and address their barriers, with the goal of  gaining sustainable employment.

• Implement, Facilitate and Engage job seekers in scheduled job searching and provide sound advice on effective job search methods, including areas such as resume preparation, interview techniques, self marketing and more.

• Demonstrate a creative approach to effectively canvass/market job seekers into sustainable employment, with focus on identifying skills and abilities

 DO I HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

 Reporting to the Senior Consultant and liaising with a positive and driven team, you will have the passion to assist Job Seekers, along with a strong focus on meeting employment targets. You will also have:

• Experience in Sales, Marketing, Banking, Retail or similar

• Confidence in sales and marketing

• Outcome focused and creativity
