APM are looking for an Employer Account Manager to build and maintain employer relationships in our jobactive stream, with the aim of placing job seekers into sustainable employment.
This role will be working across the South West Region and be based in Bunbury
Am I suited to being an Employer Account Manager with APM?
Experience within the Employment Services sector is not essential, but it is highly regarded. If you are self-driven, hungry to succeed and experienced in sales (Retail, Hospitality or other), business development, account management, and/or outbound calling then this role could be perfect for you!
A day in the life of an Employer Account Manager
No longer will you sit in an office day-in day-out, you will be out and about building employer relationships and marketing job seekers to prospective employers
Develop and maintain employer and community networks
Work alongside Employment Consultants to place job seekers into suitable employment
Revel in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Negotiate with employers to ensure the success of job placements
Comply with compliance and database input requirements
