About the role
Based in Napier and supporting a team of allied health professionals working with clients as they return to work and life, you will draw on your administration experience to manage your workload and keep the office running smoothly. Efficiency and proactiveness will be key as you take responsibility for a range of tasks including:
Be a welcoming face, meeting and greeting clients on arrival
Ordering of equipment and supplies
Processing payments and booking appointments
Enquiries related to vehicle fleet
Management of various national inboxes
Case creation for various contracts held by APM
OH&S responsibilities
Key skills and experience
Experience in a client facing administration role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, able to be one step ahead
Strong relationship building skills
Ability to work autonomously
Awareness of cultural competency and an ability to work with diversity
