Registered Nurses, Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists are invited to apply to be part of the future of Aged Care in Australia, a future that ensures fair access to the optimal level of support. This role is on a part-time basis with hours that can be structured to suit you, you'll be part of a positive, cohesive group of experienced practitioners, applying your combined expertise to conduct assessments that keep your clients' needs central to the work that you do.
Uniquely, direct care won't be part of your day-to-day - instead, you'll apply your experience to an approved process that sees you meet with care recipients and:
Conduct desktop reviews of existing care documentation
Conduct interviews with care receivers
Collaborate with other practitioners in your team to accurately complete assessment tools
Combine your findings to make an assessment of the appropriate classification for restorative care / reablement.
Assessors, Senior Assessors, Clinical Advisors and Regional Managers are being sought, dependent on experience. Travel to regional locations may be required, with applicable meal and travel allowances provided.

To be considered, you will need:
5 years’ experience in aged care or a related area of health care
Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
Current unrestricted General Registration AHPRA
Demonstrated Australian aged care experience including working with people with dementia
Demonstrated experience conducting clinical assessments using a range of assessment tools
