Our development team of 12 is looking for an Application Support Developer due to a recent internal promotion. We are responsible for the delivery of software, web and reporting solutions to meet the needs of the Employment Services division of APM.

Day in the life…

  • Manage and resolve 2nd level technical and user application support
  • Be responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of daily management reports
  • Analyse recurring issues and identify areas for improvement
  • Create and maintain useful knowledge base articles in conjunction with the Corporate IT Service Desk team
  • Develop, test and maintain quality custom-built software and web solutions
  • Escalate complex issues to senior resources
  • Exposure working with the latest web technologies including cloud development

  • Genuine passion for developing robust, efficient and flexible web solutions
  • Strong focus on visual sophistication, communication and simplification
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent; or relevant experience

Desired IT Competencies

  • Service desk management tools such as Jira Service Desk or Service Now
  • Transact SQL on MSSQL
  • C# and .NET framework
  • JavaScript
