The Regional Assessment Service (RAS) is an important Federal Government initiative supporting the independence of older adults to access the care they need to remain living in their own home. 

We’re currently looking for a full time Senior Client Services Officer, to join our Reviews Team based in South Melbourne.

In this role you’ll

• Process incoming reviews through My Aged Care portal
• Contact clients who have been referred for review
• Conduct Support Plan Reviews
• Draw on your experience working in Aged Care, Health or Human Services/Community Service Coordination roles
• Apply your communication skills to provide high level customer service
• Apply your strong administrative skills in maintaining accurate documentation of all Support Plan Reviews
