As a result of company growth and in anticipation of more, we are currently looking to appoint a Customer Care Coordinator to be based in our Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne office, to assist us in our pursuit to create exceptional value to our customers and the community.
In this role you will contribute to the values driven, highly professional and ethical delivery of services to Assure customers through the provision of customer care services by maintaining and growing a portfolio of small business accounts (up to 300) and by providing various administrative support to the wider Customer Care team to support delivering on targets.
