As a Clinical Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of clinical service delivery of your team in addition to working with your clients to provide short-term solution focused therapy that addresses their current concerns, identifies goals, and supports their journey to improve their mental health and wellbeing.

You can deliver client support through face-to-face sessions, online chat (via our new Health Gateway offering), tele-health, on-call, or a mix across all.

What you’ll bring

• Relevant qualifications in Psychology or Mental Health Social Work
• Current AHPRA registration or AASW membership
• Broad experience across mental, emotional, lifestyle management and work life concerns
• Values-led approach to supporting a client’s wellbeing journey
• Experience in leading a team or service in an allied health setting
