We specialise in rehabilitating people following injury or illness and supporting people into meaningful employment.

Our administrators handle the lifeblood of our business.  You will be the friendly, helpful face our customers, Employment Consultants and stakeholders turn to online, or on the phone. 

Reporting to the Senior Business Manager for Employment Services based in Albany, you will support the APM team to provide the services required by our customers in a professional, timely and caring manner. 

You are someone who:

  • Possesses an innate dedication to providing positive, exceptional experiences in all customer interactions
  • Works well with others, and also independently
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments – we need someone who can keep up!
  • Able to enter data quickly and accurately
  • Has experience with invoicing and reporting
  • Is proactive, with loads of initiative and problem solving abilities
  • Believes in continuous improvement – always seeking to be better, do better
  • Manages time and tasks appropriately

We will give you the opportunity to showcase your administration skills in a typical week with us:

  • Providing customer service
  • Accurately entering data into our information management systems
  • Ensuring the efficiency of our office administration systems and functions
  • Providing administration support to Employment Services team members
