About this Role

As a Business Analyst, your role is a vital link to close the gap between digital capability/capacity and business objectives. Your position will see you analyse and understand the business goals, needs, issues & requirements, and provide clearly documented information to support the business in identifying value-adding solutions.


Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Analysing business gaps and developing appropriate solutions, aligned to clear business processes, with consultation from various stakeholders 
  • Actively build & develop working relationships that demonstrate equity, respect of different cultural perspectives & diversity, while consulting stakeholders to understand and deliver to their requirements 
  • Play a leading role in enabling the business to achieve their objectives through the effective and sustainable use of Agile
  • Facilitate high level planning and execution of business initiatives 
  • Assist to transform vision into reality, by taking greenfield concepts, designing an appropriate solution, consulting with various stakeholders, and working with service providers to implement the solution 
  • Ensure solutions are appropriate to meet strategic needs through understanding strategic direction of the business
  • Test products within the development life cycle to ensure the quality of the product, and the anticipated value of that product is delivered
  • Work to continually improve organisational systems and processes to maximise employee efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity to deliver quality Client outcomes  


About you

  • 3+ years’ experience in Business Analyst role or equivalent environment  
  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant applied industry experience  
  • Hands-on experience in project lifecycle (including requirements analysis / gathering, technical design and implementation, system testing, documentation, maintenance, and handover support) 
  • Experience working with non-technical staff, defining, and documenting business gaps/problems, building relationships, and communicating rational, sustainable solutions
  • Robust understanding of Content Management Systems (Kentico highly desirable)
  • Sound knowledge of Agile and supporting Scrum, scrum boards, Agile ceremonies 
  • Previously worked with remote ALM tools such as Teams, Jira, HP ALM, DevOps etc 
  • Microsoft Office suite of programs (incl. PPT, Visio, etc.)
