The Role
The Business Intelligence (BI) Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high quality business solutions, along with providing quality technical expertise to the business. The role also requires creation of user focussed, visually impressive, analytically complex, reports and dashboards. Working in collaborative team this role will make a real impact on business improvements and outcomes. This role can be based at any of our locations Australia wide.
Key Requirements
Experienced Business Intelligence Developer (3 years minimum)
Expert skillset in creating complex, visually appealing, interactive, Power BI Reports and Dashboards
Highly skilled in Power BI DAX, Power Query M, data modelling and row level security
Proven excellence in analytical thinking and the translation of unstructured and structured data into informative visuals and reports
Experience in extracting, consolidating, cleansing, and transforming data sources ready for analysis
Ability to understand complex contractual requirements, and in turn develop BI solutions that meet the needs of the business
Strong communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to work independently and autonomously
Ability to lead business intelligence projects from conception to completion.
Unlimited working rights in Australia and located within Australia
Bachelor’s degree in data science, Information Technology or related discipline (preferred)
Experienced writing SQL (preferred)
Experience working within Employment Services or other government funded industry (preferred)
