About the Role

We are looking for a Business Support Office to work within and support our Communities Team. This is a fast paced, diverse role where no one day is the same and your role has an impact on not only the success of the team, but helps our business support thousands living with disability in the community. This role can be based in our Booragoon office or any of our South West Branches.


Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support contractual compliance and efficiency
  • Manage, update and monitor workflow management spreadsheets, ensuring all data is captured and up to date
  • Provide administrator support to achieve business outcomes through maintaining and updating records of client tracking data
  • Work to continually improve organisational systems and processes to maximise employee efficiency, effectiveness and productivity to deliver quality Client outcomes
  • Actively develop working relationships that demonstrate equity and respect of different cultural perspectives and diversity


Experience

  • Minimum of two year's current experience in Administration
  • Experience in Microsoft office suite, in particular Excel
  • Good judgement and discretion
  • Passion for ensuring quality and integrity in everything you do
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong compliance mindset, with previous experience working in reporting, audits, compliance or quality highly regarded
