CTA

The CTA program assists people who are 45 and over, supporting them back into work and guiding them through the process of taking on a new career. Through the program, we deliver, facilitate and administer assessments, training, advice and ultimately help them to become more competitive in the local employment market.

The role

You will be managing a team of approximately 5 to 10 CTA Facilitators across VIC, SA & WA, you will ideally you will be based in one of APM’s Victorian offices. Some travelling is required, but remote management will be the norm.

Your teams' success is what drives you, so regular training and mentoring will be important, supporting them to hit their KPIs. You'll also lead by example, engaging with CTA participants to provide tailored and quality service.
