The role

In this full-time role working from our new Canning Vale office, your core responsibility be assisting our clients with a range of service requirements. Working closely with your team leader and fellow team members, you will support APM clients improve their lives by coordinating them with the required APM business divisions and services involving the NDIS, Employment Services, Aged Care services and more. You will be a valued part of the team and will report to the Client Services Team Leader.  

Your duties will include…

• Manage client information and confidential data across multiple core information systems
• Respond and proactively manage general queries from customers, clients and other APM team members
• Client and APM employee appointment scheduling
• Manage client complaints and deliver required policy based outcomes  
• Prioritise a consistent flow of client communication across several forums including email, phone and chat.
• Liaise with and support APM stakeholders to effectively meet business objectives.
