We are seeking a friendly, professional and organised Centre Administrator (Full-Time, Monday to Friday) for our clinic in Geelong VIC.
At our Geelong clinic we provide evidence based Allied Health services and Assessments both in clinic and in the community with potential and opportunities to expand services in the area. The site is centrally located in a very community focused area, is a short walk to cafes, parks, access to public transport and close to many schools. We believe in building strong connections with the community and promote a nurturing culture within our teams, with a strong sense of trust and shared accountability. However, it is not all work and no play, our team regularly engage in team building activities, fun weekly staff challenges, team lunches and dinners and socials with our counterparts in Melbourne.

The Opportunity:
Acting as the first point of contact when families reach out to our service;
Co-ordinating student intake, enrolment and exits;
Collecting patient information, maintaining patient privacy and accurate data entry;
Answering customer enquiries via phone/web/email;
Building rapport/positive relationships with our valued clients;
Accounts receivable;
General administration work, such as stock check and orders;
Be a part of a dynamic, fun team in an exciting new purpose-fit out centre providing leading early intervention therapy.
What do you need to join?
Strong customer service and communication skills - face-to-face, via telephone and in written correspondence with the ability to build rapport with clients and families;
Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail;
A can-do, positive attitude and team player;
Good computer skills and Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word;
Experience with practice management software will be advantageous;
A commitment to continuous improvement and to our mission of supporting children to a brighter future;
Compliance – Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate and First Aid certificate.
