We are seeking friendly, professional and organised Clinic Administrator for our clinic in Sandringham, VIC.

Our Sandringham Early Intervention Centre is a dedicated autism and developmental service following the renowned Early Start Denver Model.
Our client group is predominantly young children identified on the spectrum and their families who we support to meet their developmental goals in a safe, warm, nurturing space. Our team consists of speech pathologists, occupational therapists, psychologists, educators, behaviour analysts and early intervention therapists who are all passionate about early play-based interventions.

The Opportunity:

  • Responsible for providing administration, reception and office support to the team and clients;
  • Contribute to existing and establish new client communication procedures, such as phone scripts and templates;
  • Co-ordinate cyclical client communication, such as holidays, program cycles, funding cycles etc;
  • Ensure that processes for back-of housekeeping are followed by staff;
  • Direct feedback to manager on behavioural performance of the team if errors occur;
  • Responsible for implementation and management of electronic client management procedures & systems (Nookal, basecamp, Payoffice, Employment Hero,1MP);
  • Responsible for referral handling, system entry and practitioner notification, quicker responses are needed in a fast paced and moving environment;
  • Effective management of invoicing for therapy center and clients.

What do you need to join?

  • Prior knowledge of NDIS administrative requirements/funding packages, or similar;
  • Experience with practice management software, Medicare and Eftpos will be advantageous;
  • Strong customer service and communication skills - face-to-face, via telephone and in written correspondence with the ability to build rapport with clients and families;
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word;
  • A proactive individual committed to quality improvement;
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills;
  • Compliance – Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate and First Aid certificate.
