What you’ll be doing

Working from any of our New Zealand offices you will have INFLUENCE over our national service delivery in relation to Stepped Care.  While you will be required to manage a clinical caseload within your local region, you will also have strong involvement in the implementation of Stepped Care model of practice in collaboration with our Clinical Advisory Team. Drawing on your specialised skillset you will partner with a VARIED caseload of clients as well as SUPPORTING our clinicians through:

  • Managing the service delivery standard of your own clinical case load
  • Providing coaching, formal training and support to clinicians to meet cover-related psychological and emotional needs of clients using a Stepped Care approach
  • Continuous monitoring and innovation of Stepped Care service delivery
  • Evaluation of Stepped Care model with Clinical Advisory Team

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Current registration with Occupational Therapy Board of NZ
  • Post graduate experience working with mild, moderate and severe mental health presentations, preferably within community mental health or similar service
  • Working knowledge of ACC and their service delivery contracts preferred
  • Full NZ/AU Driver's Licence 
  • New Zealand working rights
