MCI Institute (MCI) is a multi-award-winning Registered Training Organisation (RTO)providing an extensive range of customised development solutions, qualifications and online training options. We have received 26 awards in the past 10 years including one of the Australian Financial Review’s Most Innovative Companies in Australia.
Our innovative learning methodologies include the use of LEGO SERIOUS PLAY as a key process in enabling effective problem solving, strategic planning and team development. We are now seeking a passionate and driven Course Advisor to join the team.
Key responsibilities will include:
Process enrolment applications
Update lead information as required
Work collaboratively with Student Admissions department
Qualify students through a Consultative Needs Analysis
Selling to individual prospective students
Establish and maintain appropriate accountability and communication structures within MCI Institute, ensuring key stakeholders receive regular updates
Key attributes of the successful candidate will include:
Strong drive for success

High degree of self-motivation
Positive can-do attitude
Ability to work autonomously from home and in team environment
Strong organisational skills
Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM
Previous online education knowledge (desirable but not essential)
B2C and Call Centre Experience is desirable
