Assure Programs, one of Australia’s leading workplace mental health and wellbeing organisations, is looking to add someone to the team in the role of Customer Care Manager.
This is a values-driven opportunity to work as a brand advocate, building our client base and taking care of both new and existing customers, and ensuring excellence in customer service and client relationship management.
You will identify business development opportunities and be responsible for marketing and closing sales of highly professional, innovative, and engaging business psychology solutions, workplace wellbeing products and services.
This role is a full-time permanent role, based in Sydney and covering a dedicated geographical area that includes regional NSW and ACT. Depending on Covid related restrictions, travel will predominantly be within the Sydney area, however, may be required to our clients located in regional areas and Canberra.
Assure Programs is committed to quality, and this role puts you at the frontline, working with our customer’s leaders, HR, Wellbeing and WH&S teams to bring evidence based clinical best practice services to assist individuals, teams and organisations across the entire mental wellbeing spectrum.
As the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, you will provide expert advice on all aspects of Assure’s products and services and developing and executing account management plans aligning with specific customer requirements.
