Customer Services Officer

The role
In this full-time role working from our new Canning Vale office, your core responsibility will be assisting our clients with a range of specific support services. Working closely with your team leader and fellow team members you will assist APM clients improve their lives by connecting them with services in NDIS, Employment Services, Aged Care services and more. You will be a valued part of the team and will report to the Client Services Team Leader.  

Your duties will include…

  • Manage client information and confidential data across multiple core information systems
  • Respond and proactively manage general queries from customers, clients and other APM team members
  • Client and APM employee appointment scheduling
  • Manage client complaints and deliver required policy based outcomes  
  • Prioritise a consistent flow of client communication across several forums including email, phone and chat.
  • Liaise with and support APM stakeholders to effectively meet business objectives.

  • Ability to work Monday – Friday between the hours of 7am & 6pm is essential.
