The role:

We are currently seeking to expand our Tele-Health team of Clinicians to deliver a high quality service. You will contribute to the values-driven, highly professional and ethical delivery of services to Assure customers through the provision of urgent EAP counselling and critical incident management through this home based telephone and digital platform support service.

We will consider part time or full time (2-5 days per week, Monday to Friday), flexible start / finish times and as you will work from home, you can be based anywhere in Australia. If your preference is face to face delivery (Covid safe), we’re happy to have a discussion.

To be successful in this role you will have: 

  • Full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist OR Mental Health Accreditation as a Social Worker, with full practicing Membership with the AASW
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical counselling experience across a broad range of presentations
  • Good IT skills, superior written skills, attention to detail and the ability to follow administration procedures with accuracy and efficiency
  • Warmth, flexibility, and calmness under pressure
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong influencing, negotiating and relationship building skills
  • Current Working with Children clearance applicable to your state (not required for Qld based Psychologists)
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History check
