What is EAP?

As an EAP Clinician, your role will be to provide solution-focused, brief therapy services that help individuals, couples and teams with their immediate needs.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Registration with APHRA as a Psychologist and/or Mental Health Social Worker in Australia and broad experience in clinical and counselling interventions
• The ability to establish immediate credibility with clients and colleagues
• Superior level of interpersonal skills and the ability to contribute effectively to a team setting
• Warmth, flexibility, and calmness under pressure
• Good IT skills, superior written skills, attention to detail and the ability to follow administration procedures with accuracy and efficiency
• A demonstrated commitment to innovation, continuous improvement, and personal and professional development, as well as contributions to the professional development of colleagues
