EAP is a confidential service that organisations provide to their employees and family members to reduce mental health and people related risk. As an EAP Clinician, your role will be to provide solution-focused, brief therapy services that help individuals, couples and teams with their immediate needs.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Registration with APHRA as a Psychologist and/or Mental Health Social Worker in Australia and broad experience in clinical and counselling interventions
The ability to establish immediate credibility with clients and colleagues
Superior level of interpersonal skills and the ability to contribute effectively to a team setting
Warmth, flexibility, and calmness under pressure
Good IT skills, superior written skills, attention to detail and the ability to follow administration procedures with accuracy and efficiency
A demonstrated commitment to innovation, continuous improvement, and personal and professional development, as well as contributions to the professional development of colleagues
