The opportunity:

Delivering services in our fantastic clinic space, at client’s homes, schools and via telehealth we are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator who is passionate about providing person-centred care to join our clinics located in Durack & Fannie Bay, NT as an Early Intervention Specialist.

What will you be doing:

Reporting to the practice principal and working within a multidisciplinary team environment you will providing evidence-based assessments, therapy and intervention sessions to a mixed caseload.

• Develop meaningful goals for children with Autism or with developmental delay (social, communication, cognition)
• Plan, develop and support individualised programs and services which promotes each child and family’s quality and enjoyment of life, potential, and positive experiences within the community
• Work closely with families to develop individually tailored evidence-informed programs for their child/children.
• Work closely with key stakeholders providing information, education and support.

What you need to join:

• Compliance – National Police Check, Working with Children check, NDIS Workers Screening check, Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate, First Aid Certificate, Driver’s License & Vehicle.
• Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching, Primary Teaching, Special Education or equivalent
• Experience working with children and/or disability and confidence in your role with children and their parents. (preferred)
