Lead the employer brand strategy for a global organisation with more than 8,500 team members, multiple brands and an international footprint that currently covers 10 countries. And....work anywhere in Australia, from one of our offices, from home (or a both) with hours that can adapt to suit your needs?

You’ll lead us to attract and engage a range of talent for the diverse roles we have across our aged care, corporate wellness, disability, employment services and occupational rehabilitation brands.
But you won’t be alone in your mandate. You’ll be supported by impressive leaders, an eager marketing team, great agencies and a skilled talent acquisition team – and you’ll have the ability to hire additional people to your team with the right skills to execute on your vision.

Are we right for you? We’d love to speak with you if you’re a marketer with at least five years’ experience, with two or more of those specialising in employer branding.
We’re interested in people who have worked on creating EVPs; can plan communications strategies and marketing campaigns; understand funnel marketing, email campaigns and automation; have experience in strategy implementation and execution; have knowledge in talent acquisition and experience with talent insights and personas.
