About the role:

  • Working from our Eastgardens office, in the Jobactive business unit,
  • Build relationships with potential employers and community organisations through cold calling, face-to-face meetings and other strategies,
  • Actively market and represent your job seekers to employers,
  • Help job seekers identify their skills, abilities, and goals,
  • Increase job seekers' capacity for employment (through training, referral to counselling or other support services, coaching in job search skills),
  • Create and implement a clear pathway to employment for job seekers through personalised Job Plans.

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, customer service/sales environment,
  • A proven track record of achieving targets and KPI’s,
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate with a wide variety of people from different backgrounds and life experiences,
  • A positive ‘can do’ attitude and ability to adapt to change.
