About the role:

This is a 12-month maternity leave position reporting into the General Manager of Property based in West Perth. You will be responsible for the coordination and execution of high-level administrative functions for APM select portfolio of locations. This position requires outstanding customer service for both internal and external customers and providing operational and project specific support to the General Manager – Property.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Primarily responsible for the repairs and maintenance function of the Group
  • Facilities management including liaising with external contractors and internal operational teams
  • Coordinating tradespeople, suppliers, and third-party stakeholders to deliver services to offices
  • Assist with fit out requirements including project management
  • Ensure accuracy of property database and key information programs
  • Administration of supplier’s invoices
  • Property and financial reporting as required

About you:

Your will have excellent communication skills and be able to easily engage with internal & external stakeholders and establish strong relationships. You will be able to work both autonomously as well as part of a team.

  • Demonstrated experience in facilities management
  • Success in a previous property role in either the commercial or retail sector
  • Experience in a dynamic and fast paced team environment
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to develop business relationships with internal and external clients
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
