As a rehabilitation consultant, you’ll relish in the variety that comes with being in an office environment, visiting worksites, attending medical appointments with your clients and a whole lot more. No two days are ever the same here.

You’ll also use your clinical skills to devise intervention plans and enjoy the satisfaction that comes with supporting your clients as they progress along their individual plan.

So what's it like to be part of the team?


Delaney is a rehabilitation consultant at Konekt Workcare. In this video, Delaney talks about her career path from qualifying as a clinical exercise physiologist through, workers compensation and rehabilitation, then into rehabilitation consulting. She also describes what a typical week is like on the job and the feeling she gets from supporting people at the beginning of their rehabilitation program, working through it with them and being there for the milestones along the way.


Senior rehabilitation consultant, Heather, joined Konekt as a new graduate after completing studies in occupational therapy. In the three years since joining, Heather has been promoted twice, supported with mentorship and training to grow her skills. In this video, Heather shares her story including how she enjoys seeing the progress that her clients make along their rehabilitation plan. Heather also talks about Konekt's approach to working hours and flexibility and the freedom she enjoys in managing her own time.


Kirsty is one ambitious person! Starting with Konekt as a rehabilitation consultant, Kirsty has progressed through to being a senior consultant, managing consultant, principal consultant, local area manager and now area manager. In this video she talks about her progression and how the business has supported her, along what attracted her to occupational rehabilitation. Kirsty also talks about how she has enjoyed working with the Australian Defence Force and the Veteran community as part of her role.
