The APM IT team consists of over 100 staff in the APAC region and over 200 globally assisting APM group to make a difference in the community by delivering quality outputs to support our frontline staff to enable better lives. We are experiencing an exciting period of growth with the development of digital products and services needed to support this growth.
The Role
In this new permanent full-time role, you will be leading the Strategic Partnership function within the Digital and Technology Group. You will be responsible for building and maintaining constructive relationships with external partners and internal stakeholder groups, along with improving customer experience and driving efficiencies through benchmarking, continuous improvement, process improvement, automation, consolidation and transformation.
In this role you will:
Manage customer demand across various Digital and Technology (D&T) service pipelines ensuring our customers are involved in prioritisation and demand management decisions
Partner with relevant product teams to develop customer roadmaps and to deliver solutions in alignment with digital target states and standards
Manage our relationships with external service providers and their performance to agreed service level agreements
Develop appropriate strategies to improve customer experience, drive operational efficiencies and improve processes
Develop and implement communication plans and stakeholder strategies designed to meet the key information requirements and needs of internal and external stakeholders.
Skills you’ll bring
Experience leading a strategic engagement / customer relationship management function within a matrix style organisation (preferably ICT-based)
Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Information Management, Business Management or a related field
Experience in developing strategies to improve customer experience, drive operational efficiencies, improve processes and generally adopt a spirit of continuous improvement
Experience facilitating the development of finance plans and operating budgets (preferably in an ICT context) to meet the needs of the organisation
Extensive leadership experience in dynamic and complex change environments, including leading teams through change and dealing with ambiguity
Highly effective communication and relationship building skills
