About the Internship Programme
The APM Group Internship Programme is entirely unique in that it offers you the opportunity to experience a varied service mix through a two-year program of experiences designed to kick start your health career while meeting our customers’ needs:
Stepped increase in case load as your core skills develop
Support from Clinical Advisors, Māori Cultural Advisors and Team Leaders
Internal and external training opportunities
Formal supervision
Cultural training
Opportunities to explore clinical areas of interest
At the end of your 24-month program, you'll be welcomed to remain in the APM Group with an ongoing permanent employment offer.
What’s in it for you?
When you join APM, you’ll start off with a smooth, supported induction including face-to-face and virtual interactions along with online training.
Throughout your program, you’ll be offered a series of learning and development opportunities, 1-to-1 mentor support, shadowing opportunities and exposure to a variety of case work to support your growth and set you up for success.
