Reporting to the CEO, you will lead the care and compliance function for Mobility at both a strategic and operational level ensuring the seamless provision of great care and support to Mobility customers. You will work with Mobility customers to ensure that they get the outcomes they want from the platform within the structures of the organisation. Liaising with internal stakeholders and the sales team, you will unpack compliance and care solutions that work for the customer.

Being responsible for the Aged Care provider business, you will leverage the Mobility app to deliver appropriate services to customers by:

  • Leading the project lifespan including evaluation, reporting and impact measurement
  • Continually improving organisation systems and processes to create efficiencies
  • Manage contractual and regulatory Aged Care requirements
  • Monitoring Mobility’s Aged Care services quality and performance

About Mobility
Mobility is an app where workers can connect easily with clients, enabling both registered providers and independent contractors to showcase their skills to customers. This puts choice and control squarely in the hands of the participants and offers flexibility for workers.

You are tech-savvy and have an interest in being a positive disruptor and open to doing things differently. You enjoy empowering people to collaborate effectively to ensure that customers are receiving the care and benefits from the platform.

You will have:

  • Nursing registration with Ahpra
  • Experience gained across a broad range of sectors – community, aged care, acute, disability and others
  • Deep understanding and experience with the Aged Care Act and NDIS Practice Standards
  • Operational experience with Home Care Package service delivery
  • Expertise with Customer Experience programs
  • Project management experience

A salary ranging between $120k - $140k + Super
