Working closely with the client, you will develop support plans with individualised goals. You will match and refer older adults to services which can assist them to achieve optimal wellness and healthy ageing.

What’s in it for you?

Joining a high-quality service provider, you will receive a full induction TRAINING program on the assessment protocol and ONGOING DEVELOPMENT from Senior Assessors and Regional Managers to build your knowledge, enable your success and continue to support older Australians.

We pay you to use your own car.

What will make you successful?

  • A keenness to enable an individual’s empowerment and support their independence
  • Competent computer skills – you’ll be inputting information into a laptop
  • Ability to work autonomously – Assessments are done in person, at client’s own home
