The Role
You will be working as an IT Project Engineer supporting and actioning key project activities within the build team at APM. You will work collaboratively with the plan team including Solution Architects and Application Architects to ensure that the functional requirements of high-level designs meet the APM requirements. You will be addressing design and implementation considerations to ensure the build activities and actions are executed to meet regulatory requirements including but not limited to RFFR. You will also work closely with the run team to ensure that the day-to-day operations are supportable by producing as-built documentation and that the low-level design is implemented to the high standards of APM. This is a very hands-on role that will require a strong technical understanding of the Microsoft stack - both on premise and Azure based.
In this role you’ll:
Ensure all Incidents, Problems, Projects, Service and Change Requests are accurately captured, actioned and escalated, as necessary.
Ensure project deadlines are met
Scrutinize High Level Design plans to ensure they are suitable for deployment within the APM environment
Work autonomously to translate high-level design plans into low-level design documents and implement required APM standards
Work to continually improve organisational systems and processes to maximize employee efficiency, effectiveness and productivity to deliver quality client outcomes
Provide quality solutions, and support projects and change through active collaboration with the wider global and local IT teams
Experience supporting a multinational infrastructure – AUS, NZ and Singapore
