About the role:
Reporting to the Brand Manager, in this fulltime permanent position, you will be based at our office in West Perth. You will play a vital role within the Marketing Team providing in-house design services across APM brands.
Your responsibilities:
Design of print, signage and digital materials, including brochureware, web and social content, national advertising campaigns and corporate collateral including presentations and stationery
Managing and maintaining brand style guidelines and standards
Enhancing the APM brand through design excellence
Maintaining the highest standards in design, producing engaging creative content, that accurately represents the expectation of the brands and meets the brief objectives
Responsible for working closely with the marketing team to uphold and maintain brand standards across the APM house of brands.
To be successful in this role…
You have to be a proactive, enthusiastic graphic designer, who has a high attention to detail and can apply brand guidelines to ensure a consistent experience throughout all brand touchpoints. You should be able to work collaboratively in a team and build strong working relationships with various key stakeholders. You will bring a genuine interest in living our purpose of enabling better lives ensuring designs are accessible and human-centred.
You will have:
Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design or similar
Relevant 1 year experience in a similar role desirable
High competency in Adobe Creative Suite software
Exceptional planning and time management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks with rapidly changing priorities
A design portfolio demonstrating a strong eye for visual composition and attention to detail
A customer focussed mindset, designing with human-centred principles ensuring accessibility and fit for purpose outcomes
Specialties in illustration, UX/UI digital design, video editing or animation skills highly regarded but not essential
