APM - Delivering NDIS in your community

APM is working with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) to implement the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to support a better life for hundreds of thousands of Australians with a significant and permanent disability. We are looking for a strong Administrator to support our LAC team on a Part Time basis and to be based in our office in Warwick.

We specialise in Employment Services, Injury Management, Vocational Rehabilitation, Assessment, Allied Health Intervention and Community Care and assist more than 130,000 people annually.

About the Position

The Administrator provides support to the LAC Team by managing scheduling of appointments and ensuring data integrity. You will perform general reception duties, manage and maintain high quality of record keeping, monitor and control expenses and ensure competing requests are completed in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Strong administrative experience and proficiency in office technology (MS Office/ Outlook and data input)
  • A can-do and respectful attitude with a professional work ethic
  • Superior organisation skills and attention for detail
  • Flexibility in working hours and locations within the region

Essential Requirements if successful for the role

  • Eligible to work in Australia
  • Can work Part Time Hours 
  • A cleared Workers Screening Check relevant to you state or territory
  • A PEP (Pre-Employment Pack) clearance by the NDIA (no cost to you)
  • Reliable access to transport as needed within the community
