Learning and Development Coordinator - Regional WA

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting role for someone who has strong knowledge of the jobactive program and has a natural flair for training and mentoring. You will be responsible for enhancing the performance and ensuring compliance with the jobactive contract and APM service delivery standards, policies and procedures.

The jobactive L&D Coordinator will support the Regional WA and will require regular travels to Geraldton, Great Southern Wheatbelt and South West Western Australia. As such, it would be ideal that you are based in either of our sites in Bunbury, Busselton, Northam, Albany or Geraldton.  

You will be required to frequently travel throughout the required states to facilitate training of our front line staff, ensuring they are well-equipped with;

  • The knowledge and know-how of motivating their clients
  • Building relationships with employers and achieving inventive and sustainable employment solutions.

As you will be considered the 'go-to' person for the these jobactive teams for any program/system queries, the ability to develop strong relationships is a must.

 

Skills and Experience

  • Current experience in jobactive and a clear focus on both performance and compliance
  • Track record of high performance in achieving sustainable placements and outcomes/ KPIs
  • Tertiary/ TAFE training qualifications or experience in delivering training to groups and individuals will be well regarded but not essential 
  • Proven experience in coaching and mentoring, and a demonstrated ability to "bring out the best" in everyone!
