The role: 

In the role of Immediate Response Team (IRT) Manager you will balance service leadership, people leadership and operational management. You will support, mentor, coach and guide a team of allied health professionals who provide immediate coaching and counselling to clients and customers. Delivering service via telephone and Chat, you will lead a team that delivers responsive, practical, professional, and caring support in a short-term therapy model.

You will be responsible for: 

  • Leading the growth of Chat services provided via the Assure Wellbeing Gateway app
  • Manage and drive service quality and service innovation whilst ensuring business growth is delivered
  • Applying science-based and evidence-informed approaches to ensure that all services are delivered in line with industry standards and accreditations

Reporting to the Global Clinical Services Director, you will be part of the Senior Leadership team and work with colleagues who are experts in their field.

  • Demonstrated success in leading an allied health service delivery team (and ideally in a telephone or Chat environment)
  • A track record of successful operational management

  • A commitment to innovation, continuous improvement, and ongoing professional development
