About the role:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager- Health, in this fulltime permanent position, you will be based at our office in Sydney or West Perth. You will provide ongoing administrative and marketing assistance to support and drive marketing campaigns and projects across APM’s Health portfolio nationally and internationally.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop communication and marketing material, content and presentations as required
• Assist in the coordination of assets, advertising and promotional activities and support on internal communications and event marketing initiatives
• Create and edit content for owned media channels such as brochureware, EDMs, blog posts, social media and websites ensuring consistent tone of voice and within brand guidelines
• Coordinate cross portfolio marketing campaigns
• Coordinate and execute EDMs as required
• Research and identify new audience development opportunities

You have to be a proactive, enthusiastic Marketer, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can apply brand guidelines to ensure a consistent experience throughout. You should be able to work collaboratively in a team and build strong working relationships with various key stakeholders.  You will bring a genuine interest and passion for the health and wellbeing industry and a keenness to underpin APM’s marketing team and strategies.

You will have:

• Relevant experience in a marketing assistant or coordinator role
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or similar preferred
• Strong analytical skills to analyse metrics and create reports
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as sound copywriting and proof-reading skills
• Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing such as Dynamics Marketing 365, Hubspot, Mailchimp, Vision 6 or similar.
