Join the team ENABLING BETTER LIVES across New Zealand! With 350 employees, APM provides a range of health and wellbeing services including injury rehabilitation, pain management, physiotherapy, workplace health, allied health intervention and employment support. We deliver services on behalf of many government organisations, as well as for private employers and directly to the public.
What you’ll be doing
Working from any of our New Zealand offices this position joins our Business Development team during an exciting period of growth. This KEY ROLE will provide administrative and marketing assistance to support and drive marketing campaigns and projects.
This fast paced, VARIED role will work as part of a team to grow the APM brand within Aotearoa.
Your responsibilities:
Management of the Business Development Team inbox, including marketing requests, ensuring queries are responded to and actioned in a timely manner
Develop communication and marketing material, content and presentations as required
Assist in the coordination of assets, advertising and promotional activities and support on internal communications and event marketing initiatives
Create and edit content for owned media channels such as brochureware, EDMs, blog posts, social media and websites ensuring consistent tone of voice and within brand guidelines
Coordinate and execute EDMs as required
Research and identify new audience development opportunities
What you’ll need to succeed
You have to be a proactive, enthusiastic Marketer, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can apply brand guidelines to ensure a consistent experience throughout. You should be able to work collaboratively in a team and build strong working relationships with various key stakeholders. You will bring a genuine interest and passion for the health and wellbeing industry and a keenness to underpin APM’s marketing team and strategies
Relevant experience in a marketing assistant or coordinator role
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or similar preferred
Strong analytical skills to analyse metrics and create reports
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as sound copywriting and proof-reading skills
Experience across Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Microsoft Office as well as automation and CRM tools (Dynamics, Marketing 365, Mailchimp, Swrve)
Demonstrated knowledge of various marketing platforms, channels and best practices
