Our personal injury division provides services through federal and state-based Workers Compensations, Motor Accident Schemes and Life Insurance.
Core Responsibilities:
Complete quality reviews of reports and case management in line with the NCAF principles and Principles of Practice to ensure best practice is delivered and provide feedback to the team managers where there are gaps in skills and knowledge.
Training is either recommended to team managers or completed by the I&BP team.
Review of DeHS and iRBS reports and Core SLA health checks to ensure compliance with SLA timeframes and to report to the team and general manager any concerns and recommendations for the team manager to action.
Complete quality and compliance checks of supervision reviews by team managers.
Assist General managers and Team Managers to develop waiver supervision plans.
Experience that is needed for the role
Minimum 5 years’ experience in an occupational rehabilitation role
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a leadership role either technical or with direct reports
Demonstrated experience in solution-focused approach and skills training
Demonstrated experience in injury management, case management, employment and / or disability services
Strong communication (both verbal and written), and organisational skills
Exceptional report writing skills
Ability to lead a team in a co-located environment with autonomy
Ability to build rapport and understand customer expectations and culture to drive successful outcomes
Evidence of being proactive and overcoming barriers to achieve outcomes
Current Driver’s Licence
