In the role, you’ll be…

• Evaluating the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers involved in a work or non-work-related injury, or who have experienced an illness causing work related incapacity
• Supporting clients to return to their original employer or find alternative employment
• Responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor your client’s progress toward their return to work goal
• Engaging with key stakeholders and building strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of business objectives
• Office based, also visiting worksites, attending medical appointments with your clients and more - no two days are the same!

About you:

• Tertiary qualifications in the relevant disciplines  
• Professional registration / membership with the relevant body (AHPRA/ASORC/RCAA)
• Have occupational rehabilitation experience
• Exemplary communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a range of people
• A current Working with Children Check
• Willing to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
