In this newly created permanent full-time role, based anywhere in Australia, you will be responsible for supporting the People & Culture Team in delivering best practice reporting, data and analytics to support an understanding of, and make data-driven improvements to the employment life cycle. Reporting to the P&C Systems Analyst, you will work with a talented and collaborative P&C Systems team and be part of a wider collaborative and supportive People & Culture team.
You will make an impact by:
Developing, implementing, and maintaining the delivery of reports and insights
Providing back-up and support to other P&C Systems Administrators
Supporting the interpretation of data to uncover people trends
Providing project administration support for various P&C projects to include process efficiencies, new business acquisitions and operational projects
To be successful in this role… You are naturally curious to understand the story that data can tell and how it can have positive impact on the employment lifecycle.
You will have:
Relevant tertiary qualifications and or applied industry experience
Strong administration skills including planning, organising and prioritising
High proficiency with Excel
High degree of self-motivation and initiative
