About the role

Based in our Auckland head office this role will see you partnering with our senior leaders and CEO as a member of the Leadership Team.  You will be the sole NZ People & Culture professional responsible for a national staff of 350, with support available from the wider team based in Australia. You will be actively involved in developing a people plan to enable APM to achieve its business objectives across:

  • Employee engagement
  • Talent development
  • Performance management
  • Employee relations
  • Developing leadership capabilities

Key skills and experience

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior management
  • Solid understanding of NZ employment law
  • Experience within a health or human services organisation an advantage
