Planning & Program Lead – M&A Integrations

The Role

As a Planning and Program Lead you will be responsible for planning and tracking integration initiatives across the Australian and New Zealand Integration Management Office portfolio. You will be driving work-stream progress and ensuring cross-stream collaboration. This is a brand new permanent full-time opportunity based in Sydney, Melbourne, Geelong, Perth, Adelaide or Brisbane.

In this role you will:

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring they receive regular updates
  • Assist in defining project scope and implementation plans in consultation with the project team
  • Collaborate with work-stream Leads to identify, negotiate, plan and allocate the resources
  • Be the conduit that creates collaboration and alignment across the work-streams
  • Track work-stream progress and dependencies to identify any opportunities, risks and mitigation strategies required

Skills you’ll bring

  • Demonstrated success with experience in Program Manager role or equivalent environment 
  • Experience in stakeholder management, to work and build relationships with a wide range of project stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with project management methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to communicate business needs/ issues and requirements
  • Experience delivering M&A integration projects will be highly regarded
