In this full-time permanent role, based in West Perth and reporting into the Property Manager, you will be joining an experienced team of property coordinators responsible for looking after a select portfolio of locations. The role will involve the management of property related requirements for your portfolio and leaning in to support other portfolios as needed.
Your responsibilities will include:
Identifying new properties for Lease, relocation and/ or reconfiguration
Assisting with the lease renewal process for existing offices including negotiation, writing offers, internal approvals and other general administration.
Assist with property maintenance function.
Assisting with any fit-out requirements including project management
Ensure accuracy of property database and key information programs
About you:
A confident and natural communicator you will be able to easy engage with all internal and external stakeholders as required. You will have a passion for the property industry and work well in both a team and autonomous setting.
Success in a previous property role in either the commercial or retail sector
Experience in commercial lease administration
Ability to manage a high volume of deadline focused work requests
Highly competent in Microsoft Word and Excel
Current drivers’ licence and reliable vehicle for transport
