Are you an experienced Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Speech Pathologist looking for flexibility in your work? APM is providing Independent Assessments on behalf of the NDIA and has a number of roles that can work between 7am and 8.30pm, Mon – Frid, and all day Sat.
We are looking for candidates with Assessment experience across all age groups.
In this unique role, you’ll…
Engage with participants and families / carers to provide comprehensive functional capacity assessments using a range of NDIA approved standardised assessment tools
Quickly develop rapport to encourage open participation
Apply your clinical skills to capture a full picture of a participants’ capability and function in your high-quality assessment report
Draw on your experience working with people with disability and your understanding of the social barriers and challenges that people can experience

Conduct face to face assessments as an Independent Assessor conducting Functional Capacity Assessments for people of all ages living with disability as part of our APM Independent Assessment Team.
Based anywhere in Australia, this role can be between 2-5 days per week and is a home based role. You will have a broad experience in clinical and counselling interventions with an ability to work independently across a diverse caseload.
Be a rapid response Critical Incident response expert through the provision of Psychological First Aid and trauma counselling services, manager support and associated stakeholder liaison.
Regional Activity Coordinator role in the jobactive team, coordinating the Work for the Dole (WfD) program or jobseeker activity requirements in the region.
