Regional Manager - Western Australia

The role
As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for maximising clinical operations through the management and leadership of several clinics across Western Australia. Coming from a clinical background, you understand the nuances that exist within multidisciplinary clinics and have capability to strategically manage resources to improve commercial viability.


Part of a collaborative National Operations team, you will have input into the national strategic direction whilst focusing on local organic expansion where you can have positive impact by placing your own stamp on objectives. Ensuring better practice and contemporary service delivery within budget and in-line with operational plans will assist you and your team to improve the lives of Australia’s younger population.


To be successful in this role…
A clinician by trade and having experience working in a KPI allied health clinical environment, you have the clinical understanding coupled with strong commercial acumen that will ensure your success as Regional Manager. You enjoy working in a blended role that sees you share your time between strategic and operational activities.

 
You will have:

  • Allied health background – OT, Speech Path, Psych or Physio
  • Demonstrated success in leading several small teams and or clinics
  • A solutions focussed approach ingrained with strong change management capabilities
  • An Influencing and Social style that sees you bring others on the journey with you

You will also receive a salary ranging from $140k - $150k + Super + STI.
