Full Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, positive can-do attitude, bright personality and friendly with professional manner to report to the Area Manager.
You will be responsible for supporting the team in their delivery to our clients. The role is also responsible for supporting the regional leadership team in completing assigned tasks. The areas of focused support are:
Diary and meeting coordination
Daily management of the IT platform
Facilities and fleet management
Site induction and training of new employees across the region
The Ideal Candidate:
You will have a strong background in administration, great time management and organisational skills
You will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, complemented by demonstrated computer proficiency (in particular MS Excel)
Your can-do attitude, bright personality and friendly, professional manner will see you succeed in this role
You must have a current driver's license. Part-time (18 hours per week) to suit a working parent.
