About the role
This diverse, fast paced and exciting role will see you directly reporting to the State Sales Manager. Here’s what you’ll be doing
Developing and nurture new and existing relationships with key Business Decisions makers (primarily in Learning and Development, HR, Change) with the goal of establishing a fit between their requirements and our services
Identifying and securing opportunities – following Industry trends and understanding learning requirement drivers
Project/Administration Management – managing the administration that comes with facilitating client requirements
Strategic Account development – planning how to engage key clients and build relationships
Collaborating with the internal delivery team to execute on client commitments
Experience and Qualifications
2+ years Account/Relationship management, Business development or recruitment experience
B2B sales selling business services/solutions and a demonstrable understanding of the sales process
Demonstrable experience achieving sales targets and KPI’s
Highly effective communication and influencing skills
Sound networking & relationship building skills with a strong focus on identifying & creating effective and lasting partnerships with key decision makers
Emotionally and socially intelligent
A self-motivated, strategic, methodical approach to sales
Honesty, integrity, and accountability
