Our innovative learning methodologies include the use of LEGO SERIOUS PLAY as a key process in enabling effective problem solving, strategic planning and team development. We are now seeking a passionate and driven Sales Consultant to join the team.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Process enrolment applications
  • Update lead information as required
  • Work collaboratively with Student Admissions department
  • Qualify students through a Consultative Needs Analysis
  • Selling to individual prospective students
  • Establish and maintain appropriate accountability and communication structures within MCI Institute, ensuring key stakeholders receive regular updates

Key attributes of the successful candidate will include:

  • Strong drive for success

  • High degree of self-motivation
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously from home and in team environment
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
  • Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM
  • Previous online education knowledge (desirable but not essential)
  • B2C and Call Centre Experience is desirable
